The amenities offered along with the spacious luxury apartment that includes a den (which is perfect for my office due to working from home), elegant upgrade of appliances, large W/D laundry/closet room with true unique design has everything I was searching for. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I send a huge thank you to Selena Harris, Tiffani Frank & Rachel Barkley! After speaking with Tiffani on what I was looking for she directed me to the one bedroom w/den over the phone while viewing online. She sold me over the phone and once I got here it is more than what I saw online and once I got here and seeing it in person I knew I was home! Tiffani knew exactly what I was looking for. My day of moving we had tenants that ask to assist with bringing items up or that just jumped right in and helped. The staff goes the extra mile to assist, security and safety is on point, very quiet hallways with great amenities. Minutes from Businesses, food places, few minutes from The Covington Square cause the location to be perfect! I recommend Render Covington to anyone looking for their next home!

I been at render for a couple of months, love it here. They always doing something for the community. This the first apartment complex I stayed at where the property manager not scared to answer the phone. What I mean by that most time you call your property they be like the property manger not in but we know they be lying. But at Render when… I been at render for a couple of months, love it here. What I mean by that most time you call your property they be like the property manger not in but we know they be lying. But at Render when Selena in that office she pick up. The staff nice and friendly, You ever wanna get a good laugh in and tour a nice clean property go see Tiffanie. She made me feel at home before I even did the application. They move pretty fast with the process. I would recommend this property to anyone. It’s a quiet.

From lavish living spaces to front office staff that is friendly, fun and welcoming, Render offers a wide variety of floor plans, amenities, community events, and their proximity to local eateries, stores, trails and Downtown Covington make this a community that feels just like home! Bay gave my wife and I our tour and her genuine enthusiasm, attention to detail and love of what she does spills over into her conversations with us about our own lives and her energy through the entire tour was hype and authentic. We can't wait to move in! After visiting several apartments in the area consecutively, Render sets the bar on service, amenities and atmosphere!
