The amenities offered along with the spacious luxury apartment that includes a den (which is perfect for my office due to working from home), elegant upgrade of appliances, large W/D laundry/closet room with true unique design has everything I was searching for. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I send a huge thank you to Selena Harris, Tiffani Frank & Rachel Barkley! After speaking with Tiffani on what I was looking for she directed me to the one bedroom w/den over the phone while viewing online. She sold me over the phone and once I got here it is more than what I saw online and once I got here and seeing it in person I knew I was home! Tiffani knew exactly what I was looking for. My day of moving we had tenants that ask to assist with bringing items up or that just jumped right in and helped. The staff goes the extra mile to assist, security and safety is on point, very quiet hallways with great amenities. Minutes from Businesses, food places, few minutes from The Covington Square cause the location to be perfect! I recommend Render Covington to anyone looking for their next home!

I moved here a month and half ago and the maintenance service and staff manager all are ridiculous don't move here plz they don't fix any issue my washer and dryer is not working it shows me 5d error and it took more than 8 hours for laundry and still my clothes dirty and wet i put request 25 times and they said we can not provide u a new washer… I moved here a month and half ago and the maintenance service and staff manager all are ridiculous don't move here plz they don't fix any issue my washer and dryer is not working it shows me 5d error and it took more than 8 hours for laundry and still my clothes dirty and wet i put request 25 times and they said we can not provide u a new washer and dryer bcoz it is expensive and i m going to laundromat every time right now i don't have a time to go to laundromat but still they don't want to fix it i request u don't move here they don't care about their customers they are just very interested to take a higher rent from us but don't provide a good customer service specially i talk with manager Amanda and they all said we take care of it but after that they don't care owner of property should need to take action for all of that i m moving from the canton and thair customer service and maintenance service 24/7 every time i give them 5 star to resolve my issue quick but the render covington deserve a 0 star. After maintenance my washer and dryer working good thank u staff and sorry for misbehaving..love the render appartment

Render is the most beautiful property I have seen, the decor is on point! The amenities are great, everything you need is on site and Bay, Amanda and Matty are amazing! Look no further, welcome home!
